Velvet Sparkle Navy Dress

This dress has a subtle shimmer on the upper mesh that adds an understated sparkle. The velvet is great quality and the neck has three clasps that hold it together well. The arms have thick seams so it’s important you don’t have the wrist cuff turned at all (otherwise you will see a seam line wrapping around your arm). The skirt was easy to iron. My only wish is that the dress came in a garment bag instead of a being squished into a ball in a plastic postal bag. Overall, my daughter loved this dress.
